Craniosacral Session

The duration of a craniosacral session is up to 90 minutes. Plan to be in my office between 75 and 90 minutes.

Distance Craniosacral Work

1 hour 15 minutes @ $165.00

In a distance session, we connect first via phone or video. You then lay down in a comfortable, quiet space and I do the rest. When the session is complete, I will gently guide you back.
